What Screen Resolution Do You Design For?
November 5th, 2009This side of last year I was promoting (what I thought to be) the advantages of designing/coding to still accommodate 800×600 screen resolutions. I am happy to say that I have since seen the error of my ways, and for quite some time have been happily on the 1024×768 train. In my defense, I was at the time just coming off of a job where this screen resolution was acceptable. That, and a year can change a whole lot.
Anyhow, I decided to conduct a little poll. When designing, what resolution do you design for the most frequently? Obviously there are always exceptions, but I’m talking about in general here. Feel free to share your reasons why as well.

1024×768 always! there are to much noobs with small screens!
